1. Use of the App
Kiddo Rewards is designed for parents or legal guardians to manage children’s tasks, rewards, and activities. You are responsible for all activity performed under your account.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- Children do not create accounts themselves.
3. Subscriptions & Premium Features
Kiddo Rewards may offer subscription-based or one-time premium features. Payments are processed through Google Play Billing or Apple App Store.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
- You may manage or cancel subscriptions via your app store account.
- We do not handle or store payment information.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to access restricted areas or systems
- Reverse engineer or copy the App
- Misuse the App in a way that harms others
5. Data & Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and designs within Kiddo Rewards are owned by Kiddo Rewards and may not be used without permission.
7. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kiddo Rewards shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
